WHAT IS THE GYROTONIC METHOD?

The GYROTONIC method uses a specialised piece of equipment (the Pulley Tower) that guides  your body through smooth, circular motions. Unlike conventional exercise, it supports  multi-directional movement, joint decompression, and core strength building.

Meet Rhona

Founder of Body Tonic Edinburgh, Rhona brings over 25 years of movement experience. A  trained ballet dancer, she discovered the GYROTONIC method while recovering from a  rare long-term autoimmune muscle disorder, Myasthenia Gravis—and never looked back. 

After training in New York, San Francisco and London she became a certified GYROTONIC and  GYROKINESIS instructor and now shares this transformative practice with clients from all  walks of life.
